Volunteers needed:

1. The event still needs some parent volunteers.  a) Set up the tables and do decorations 4:30-5:30 pm b) Display and supervise the food 6:00-7:00 pm or 7:00-8:00 pm c) Final cleanup 8:00-8:30 pm d) Ticket sales April 30th, May 1st, 2nd, 3rd 8:45-9:15 am or 2:45-3:15 pm, in front of the school entrances.

2. Have a cultural tradition you’d love to share with our community? We are open to your suggestions of other fun cultural activities for the kids and we value your contributions. So far a few parents have volunteered lead crafts such as helping kids make evil eye bracelets,  to apply henna tatoos, etc.

We also welcome your presentations of cultural information in the form of posters, interesting items, or digital displays or an original poem by your child which would enrich the school community’s understanding of your heritage or culture. Please send your proposals to jlavoie@vsb.bc.ca by May 1, 2019. Volunteers are needed to run a successful event.

Please contact info@trafalgarpac.ca or sign up on the spreadsheet below if you would like to help with any of the above volunteer jobs. See attached flyer for more info!
