Fall 2019

Trafalgar Noon Hour Programs

Welcome back to school and to our Noon Hour Programs!  Once again, we are offering a variety of interesting and fun programs.  Noon Hour Programs are a great opportunity for children to have fun and enjoy extracurricular activities with their school friends, as well as a wonderful way to meet new friends!  The programs are all taught by experienced instructors with criminal record checks.

In the fall term, programs are offered to children in Grades 1 – 7.   Programs will open up to Kindergarten kids in second term, once they have had a chance to settle in. This year, we are offering a slightly reduced program, in order to allow children the opportunity to fully take advantage of outdoor play during the autumn months.

Programs begin the week of October 1st and run until the end of November/beginning of December 2019 (last session date varies according to program).  The programs will run at lunchtime between 12:10-12:47 pm

Registration

Register here: https://munchalunch.com/schools/trafalgar

Registration opens on Monday September 16 at 7:00 am and closes on Wednesday September 18 at 7:00pm.  The programs typically sell out in very quickly so you need to set up your account before registration opens on Monday September 16 at 7:00 am.

Registration will use the Munchalunch ordering system.  Please go to https://munchalunch.com/schools/trafalgar to register.  Noon Hour Program registration is under the Fundraising tab.

Registration is available for the whole term only (no pro-rated rates available). Courses may be canceled if minimum enrolment is not attained. Refunds are only offered under extenuating circumstances and only during the first week of class. There are no make up classes should students not attend their classes.

Bursaries

Bursaries are available in cases of financial need. Please contact Mme. Lavoie directly for more information regarding bursaries.

The programs reinforce the benefits of teamwork and skills development rather than the importance of winning, enabling children to gain the confidence and develop the social skills necessary to succeed in sport and life.
