There’s a Hot Dog Day Coming Our Way

Hot dogs are $2 each, include all the usual toppings, contain no added preservatives and come in a whole wheat bun.  Also, proceeds from hot dog day go to support your PAC. Hot Dog Days are generally every other Wednesday. Please see the events page to see and subscribe to the school’s calendar for hot dog and hot lunch days and all important school dates. Please note that hot dogs can now be ordered on the hot lunch site, but cash payments on hot dog day are still welcome as well. The hot lunch site is trafalgar.hotlunches.net The access code to register for the year is PAC2016HL.
Hot Dog Day Call for Volunteers – The hot dog day team is always looking for wonderful volunteers to cook, serve and deliver hot dogs. Do you have some time over the noon hour on Wednesdays and love to see happy, smiling faces? Then you are a perfect candidate to become a hot dog day volunteer. It’s easy as pie and lots of fun. Please contact hsflowden@yahoo.ca or sign up on the hot lunch website.

Grade 7 English Galiano Island Trip Fundraiser

The grade 7 English students have the opportunity to visit the Gulf Islands Film and Television school on Galiano Island in June. To help fundraise, the students will be running a snack bar from now until spring break. The snack bar will be set up under the covered area at recess. Most items will cost one dollar. So you can now send the kids to school with a loonie or toonie and skip packing that recess snack!

The students will also be holding a silent auction at the Spring Festival on February 17th. Families who would like to donate items, products and services, are invited to contact trafagarfilmtrip@gmail.com by this Friday, Feb 10th.

The Grade Seven Film School Committee thanks Trafalgar families for their support.
