Trafalgar PAC Direct Donation Kick Off (Sept. 12 – 29)

concept: giving money to a growing pool of donations

DEAR TRAFALGAR ELEMENTARY PARENTS & GUARDIANS, 

Each year, the Trafalgar Elementary Parent Advisory Council (PAC) comes to parents for direct financial support. Your financial contribution funds programs and supplies that support each student, the teachers and the school in providing  an enriching learning environment.  

The parents, staff and administration were consulted about where the needs are for this year. We listened and are bringing you the wish list of what would make the school a better place for our children. 

The Trafalgar parent community is strong and well established. The importance of wonderful community events such as  the Welcome Back Pizza Picnic, Monster’s Ball, Santa’s Workshop, Lunar New Year Festival and Year End Picnic are also funded with your generous donation.  

We humbly ask for a donation of your choice. If possible, we ask for $100 per family with a total of a $25,000 goal.  All donations are anonymous. We thank you for donating – all amounts have a positive impact. The campaign will run from September 12 – 29. This will give us time to review the total donations before the October General PAC meeting, where we will communicate to parents that we hopefully reached the $25,000 goal.

How to donate:

  3. Indicate amount you want to donate.
  4. Optional to indicate name /division# 
  5. Tax receipts issued post donation for amounts over $20.

The funds will then be dispersed to pay for the approved budgeted items. As this direct appeal is our main source of funding, your support is important. See attached info graphics for more detail:
